Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags and labels intact.
- Returns are accepted for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Items received in error (wrong product, size, or color)
- You must raise the request within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personal hygiene items (e.g., soap dispensers once used)
- Used or washed clothing or home items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Free gifts or promotional items
How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, email us at easypocketcontact@gmail.com with the following:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. In case reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our return address.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on the same product if:
- The size doesn’t fit (for clothing)
- The product is defective or damaged
- You received a different product than ordered
Exchange Guidelines:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
- Only one exchange per product is allowed.
- To request an exchange, contact us at easypocketcontact@gmail.com with your order details and reason for exchange. We’ll guide you through the process.
3. Refunds
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, or wallet).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after you provide the necessary details.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- To cancel, contact us immediately at easypocketcontact@gmail.com
with your Order ID.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may return the product after delivery as per our return policy.
